“This business engaged in deceptive and misleading practices. I received a mailer clearly stating that I had won $500 and a 60” TV. I called and spoke with their sales associate Spencer and this was confirmed via a recorded phone conversation that I still have as proof of their dishonest practices to get potential customers in their door for a sale. After driving 30 minutes to their location, I was told by Spencer and Mr. Green that I had not won those prizes. The advertisement was plainly misleading and appears to be a tactic to bring people through the door under false pretenses. This reflects a serious lack of honesty, integrity, and transparency. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company. Photos of the mailer are attached for reference.”
