“This is my 1st experience with Carmax and I have to be honest it was actually really easy and straight forward. Once I got approved they delivered the car to a dealership a little closer and I went in and picked it up within an hour I was in and out. It was all pretty seamless, I will definitely be going back if I find another car I see I like through them! Everyone was very efficient at their job as well, we great drove the car with not having to ride awkwardly with an sales person which i also really like!”

“This was a very efficient and seamless process. I was able to do most of the legwork online and over the phone, by the time I arrived to the dealership to close out the purchase, it was straightforward and I was out the door quite quickly. From the very beginning over the phone, the representative and salesperson were absolutely amazing and kind. The staff onsite was so cordial, helpful, and just extremely patient and supportive. I felt heard and supported all the way through. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.”

“I want to start by saying I've always have bought my cars from CarMax with absolutely no problems, until now. I bought a 2015 jeep Cherokee latitude and I've had it for 5 months and have made 4 payments. It's been in the shop 3 times already. First time they told me everything is normal, it's not, they did keep me updated on my vehicle step by step, but this latest time it's like trying to get a tooth's pulled. I've called and they tell me out technician will call you back and they don't, it's been three weeks and going on to the 4th week and no answers. I want my car or find me another one in my price range. Please do you research before buying or take a true mechanic with you. This was the last time I saw my car.”

My sales guy, the in the know guy was Brian Kelley, such a charm, pure patience while I chose, Hey Carmax, you already knew he's keeper. Overall, a good car shopping experience.”
