“I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Overland from Kunes Buick GMC of Oak Creek and worked with Nick Bratkowski. I live over 300 miles away but Nick made the entire process smooth. We were able to finalize a deal over the phone before I made the trip down. He even sent me a detailed video of the Jeep so I knew exactly what to expect and gave me a fair trade in estimate based on photos of my vehicle. After the purchase there was a small issue with an aftermarket lighting setup but Nick had the Jeep brought in the very next day and had it fixed at no cost to me. He was professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. The only downside was learning that to qualify for the Kunes “No Fear Lifetime Guarantee” all service has to be done at a Kunes location which is not possible for me since I am over 300 miles away. However, I did get the extended bumper to bumper warranty that I can use at any ASE certified shop which gives me peace of mind. Overall Nick went above and beyond and made the buying experience worth the drive. Highly recommend working with him!”

“So I got a 2025 Buick encore GX here three almost 3 months ago I got full coverage. Supposedly let me explain to you something about. Supposedly I was working with Hector, which is a young blonde hair guy and he told me I will be fully covered if something were to happen. Here’s what the Lie comes in my car got flooded. I only lasted with this car for a month because when it rain a few months ago, my car got flooded getting flooded. It was a total loss so I was supposedly fully covered. This is where the bad news comes in. The balance my insurance cover their balance, but my Gap didn’t so you’re gonna get a gap insurance. Make sure you get it elsewhere. Do not get it from the dealership When they heard I went through another dealership, you should’ve seen their faces. Just wanted to give you that advice. If you want you can take it. It’s not You can go screw yourself”

“When I tell you Isiah and his team members are a blessing, thats the only way I can describe it when I felt like there was nothing I can do everything against me they were able to help me out tremendously and I walked away with a car. I’m unbelievably happy because I can now have a way to get to work and continue to climb up in the company but most importantly be able to grab my daughter, and pick her up from school. She’s going to be so happy and proud of me and that’s all I could ask for because I do this all for her.”

“The staff were so nice and professional. I worked with Ricky (the one holding the red bow), he was very easy to talk to, he was upfront and honest. Based off what we talked about over the phone, when I came in he was already prepared and sold me exactly what I was looking for. I would def recommend people going to this shop.”

“They're absolutely terrible! They have to get better to be bad. They sale lemons, enter shady and false information on Buyer's Guides/Applications for Title and Registrations/Warranty Contracts. You will get cheated and be livid! Do whatever you have to do to avoid this place! If you find yourself there: run, walk, or crawl away. Also, their confidentiality statements/promises don't mean anything. I've heard about my experience, with slander added of course, from my colleagues. I found it odd, especially since I hadn't shared that story with that person. Avoid this place at all costs.”
