“Steve is a superstar. I've had the pleasure of working with him on three trade-ins and two used vehicle purchases. He's not pushy and isn't the kind of guy to sell you on something that's outside of your budget. He works with you on price and trade-in value to make sure you walk away confident in your decision. He's also incredibly knowledgeable not just about the cars themselves but the entire buying process, warranties, etc. I cannot recommend working with him enough.”

“I called this dealership about an oil leak coming from my qx80. The lady I talked to in service was incredibly rude and told me I need to drop the car off and they’ll take a week just to diagnose it. After asking if I can make an appointment for when they actually have time to look at it she told me “that’s not how they do business” and if I want to make an appointment to drop the car off, they’ll still take a week just to look at it.
I’ve owned many Infinitis and have NEVER experienced the customer service I experienced at the Novi location.
I called the Troy location right after and he told me they can check it out right away.
I’ll gladly drive further away for better customer service!”

“My experience with Infiniti was extremely disappointing. When my husband and I went to lease a car, we expected professionalism, but instead, every step felt like a tactic to mislead us just to close the deal.
During the test drive, we were given a brand-new vehicle, but after signing the paperwork, they delayed the delivery until after business hours. When we went to pick up the car, we were shocked to find it was a completely different vehicle — a used one with over 5,000 miles, safety concerns, and far from what we agreed upon.
When I raised the issue the next day, the response was simply: “It’s your car now, you already signed.” They buried us in piles of unclear paperwork, making it impossible to catch these tricks at the time. This is nothing but a deceptive practice.
Their after-sales service was just as poor. Instead of resolving the issue, management offered to take the car back but only if we lost $16,000 — after less than two weeks — for a car that was used in the first place.
I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. They lack honesty, transparency, and customer care.”

“Our experience with LaFontaine INFINITY of Novi was very good. We went on a Saturday when staff is thin but our salesman (Steve) was great. He was dealing with multiple customers seamlessly. We all know that purchasing a vehicle is an all day affair, and we were there for a few hours but it was very stress free and still less time than I’ve spent at other dealerships in the past. Definitely give Steve a call if you’re in the market for a vehicle! He’s very politely, patient, and respectful. Thanks for making this experience a little easier!”

“From my Salesperson Newal, anytime I text her and inquire about anything, shes right on it, to my Service person Nicole, explaining to me what services is needed and will be needed going forth...Both Ladies are awesome, attentive, customer service friendly as well as all the staff that i have came in contact with, i even received a call from the Manager asking me how's everything going, do i enjoy the vehicle, if there is anything i need feel free to reach out, my experience with Infiniti has been grand. 6/24/25 J.Jones-Bettie”
