I had a fantastic experience! I worked with Joe and he truly made the process bearable and slightly fun. No one enjoys shopping for a car we all know how it goes, the back and forths, the pressure to close a deal even when you’re not loving it- you get the gist- but not with Joe! While yes that was all apart of the journey, he was cracking jokes, really letting me explore and test out the car, and never made me feel pressured into a deal. And heck he got me a fantastic deal!! Start to finish a seamless process! I even spoke with a customer when I was finishing up my test drive- he saw me getting out of the car and came over saying he has the same model and loves it! He also had only positive things to say about his experience at the dealership and servicing- so much so I thought “there’s no way this is real, the timing and feedback is too perfect for this to be a real customer”, but he was and he was absolutely right about the experience! Overall highly recommend and have already told several folks in the market for a car to check them out! (And ask for Joe of course). A fabulous experience and I am loving my new Rav 4!

Traded in my 2011 Tundra for a 2026 Tundra. My experience here was pleasant, smooth, transparent and fair. As a business owner I’m cognizant of the fact that a car dealership is like any other business- it exists to make a profit. I went into my dealings with sales associate Karl Guillaume with realistic numbers for my trade-in value and what I wanted all-in with interest rate and terms. I came in on my Thursday lunch break, Karl got me into the truck for a test drive and I sealed the deal later that evening and picked up my Tundra the very next evening. One of the smoothest purchases ever. No unnecessary back-and-forth teasing. I appreciate that the NuCar sales team understands that a buyer’s time is valuable and finite and they didn’t waste any of mine. I did my homework on the numbers, what I wanted, what was realistic for my budget and Karl and their finance manager Mike met me at a fair middle. Great selection and inventory. As of this review, my experience with their service department has been great. My service advisor Nick is attentive and made sure all of my requests were met- needed tighter license plate screws, fasten a loose roof moulding, and asked to have the oil filter from my first oil change placed in a ziploc bag. All requests were met without having to ask multiple times.

Best experience getting a new car ever! Everyone is so nice, personable and extremely professional. This place is a well-oiled machine (peak mechanic humor, I know). Kyle was my salesman and to just say he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted is a huge understatement. He was patient, proactive and moved heaven and earth to find the one car that fit my requests and got me the best deal to boot! At pick up he took the time to make sure he explained absolutely everything about my car and ensure I was happy with every single detail. I am ecstatic with my new ride and the folks at Nucar! 20/10, highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2025 Toyota Crown Signia from Nucar Toyota of Norwood, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, Junior, my sales associate, was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, Junior took the time to go over every detail of the car, making sure I fully understood how all of the features and technology worked. He didn’t rush the process at all and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident driving my new vehicle off the lot. Eric, the business manager, was equally amazing. He was responsive, transparent, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be ready for pickup, Eric even provided me with a rental car, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Both Eric and Junior were also available via text—even outside of business hours—which speaks volumes about their dedication to customer service. Nucar Toyota of Norwood genuinely exceeded my expectations in every way. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was unmatched. I would confidently recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends, and I absolutely plan to return here for my next vehicle purchase. Highly recommend this dealership—and especially Junior and Eric!

100% will waste your time with no remorse. Showed up early for an appointment to fill out paperwork and didn’t get seen for 3 hours, so I ended up there for literally 5 hours. Tried to ask management if there was anything they could do and they truly could not have cared less. Then they didn’t even take the title of my car when I tried to hand it over so I had to come back with it the next day… AND when I left a one star review they replied claiming I wasn’t a real customer…. Added a star because the new sales guy Haseeb was a gem who did respect me and my time, wish the whole place was like him.
