“Service Advisor Antonio R .was welcoming and professional. He was engaging and very attentive to my visit and check in was smooth. Antonio accompanied me to the waiting room and assured me he will keep me posted . Antonio kept me posted and discussed with me findings and plans for repairs. Repair was completed in a timely manner and swift check out. Whole crew is friendly and accommodating 👍🏾👏🏾”

“The work that was done is good. I can’t see underneath my vehicle to check the transmission hoses but I have to trust the mechanic and service writer that the job was done, since there is no video taken of the finished product. They do however give you a video of all the defects they find with your vehicle. I would have given it 2 stars for the prices they wanted to charge me for the defects, but I am going by the mechanics work as being very good. Now, as for the prices: They are extremely expensive. I thought at one time there was a requirement for labor hours, labor rate, to be written so we know the cost of the service. The parts they upsell are list prices. They are at least 1/3 higher than what I could buy on nissan USA.online. I’m honestly not going back to this dealership for service because of the prices they charge. For eg: A hvac blower motor installed was around 900.00. I declined this of course because I could buy the OEM part and install it myself in 30 min. I’m not sure how they could honestly try to sell this job for $900.00 Figure out the math! I bought the part for $82.00 aftermarket from geek parts.com and a 30 minute install from myself(I’m not a mechanic) how do they justify 900.00? If I was to buy the part from Nissanusa the part was 200.00 OEM. Still 700.00 for a 30 minute job is roughly $1400.00 per hour. Now the job may require nissan to take longer of course which would justify a labor price. However me not being a mechanic installed the part in 30 minutes.
One final note: The check engine light was on when I dropped it off. They did an extensive diagnostic, very good, for the $185.00 they charged me. Due to the fact that I declined a catalytic converter job the check engine light remained on when I picked up my vehicle. When I installed my blower motor I checked my cabin filter and there wasn’t one so I installed one. When I turned my van on the check engine light went off. I’m not sure why it went off but it did. I was happy to see it go off on its own and not be forced off by a scanner.”

“We bought a Nissan Rogue here in January 2026 and had a great experience. Sales people were helpful and didn’t pressure us. When I went in to complete the paper work and pick up the car the finance person (Angel) completing the transaction was great. Of course he asked if I wanted extended warranty and gap insurance but didn’t pressure me when I said no.
I also feel like I got a fair price and got a 0% financing deal.”
