“Overall I had a positive experience with McGovern KIA. I purchased a one year old used Sportage PHEV and believe I received a fair price. There were a couple times when I felt classic sales tactics were used, like telling me the listed $1K discount only applied if I financed through McGovern (which they ultimately reversed) and telling me I had to purchase my own charging cable because the former owner didn't return the original (which was also ultimately included after some negotiating). That said, my sales rep Brandon was a very nice guy that was always prompt and courteous in our interactions. If you're looking for a no haggle experience, this isn't the place for it, but if you're ok with the traditional car buying process, I'd say McGovern is a fine place to buy a car.”

“I don’t write reviews often but Adriano was great. He made the purchase as seamless as possible as I was over an hour away from the dealership. He helped me get the best price and lease deal. On top of all the he and the manager went out of their way to find the color and model I wanted and picked it up from NY for me. The only time I went into the dealership was the day to sign the deal. Adriano provided me with photos and window stickers anytime I asked to finalize this deal. Besides the small glitch in the finance room (that was resolved quickly) everything went smoothly!”
