“The service at Clay Subaru is always unmatched. I always have an exceptional experience. Most recently I had a message on my dashboard which was not overly concerning and called. I was told to drive right down which I did. Daniel said that it would be diagnosed within the hour while I comfortably waited with the comfortable chairs, TV, snacks, and great WiFi. There are also private comfy tables from which to work and private rooms to take meetings. It was diagnosed within the hour but it needed more work the following morning. I was provided transportation to and from the dealership and it was ready first thing in the morning. Better yet, it was covered by my warranty. I will always drive a Subaru and always service it at Clay.”

“I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 Subaru Crosstrek at Clay Subaru, thanks especially to Bethann. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and patient from the very first conversation. I had a lot of questions about the lease-end process for my Kia and how everything would roll into the new Crosstrek lease, and she explained it all clearly and without any pressure.
What really stood out was how available she was; morning, noon, and night, she always responded quickly and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Unlike other dealership experiences I’ve had where it felt like the goal was just to push the sale, Bethann made everything feel relaxed and genuine. By the time the lease signing and trade-in/pick-up appointment wrapped up, we were laughing together—it honestly felt like working with a friend rather than a salesperson.
Michelle in the business office was also fantastic. She walked me through all of the available add-ons in a super helpful way; no pressure, no upsell, just honest explanations so I could make the right choices for me.
This was hands-down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I felt supported, heard, and completely at ease. Highly recommend Clay Subaru, especially Bethann and Michelle, if you want a smooth, friendly, and stress-free car leasing experience.”

“I've been buying my cars from this dealership for 20 years. We've had our differences certainly… But the manager of the dealership Oscar is wonderful and very accommodating. The service manager Edwin is also fantastic… Compassionate and efficient. A great combination. In my experience all the people who work there reflect the work values of their superiors and I keep going back there because they're honest, take good care of my car and are all about customer service.
They're hugely helpful with everything from a major fix to replacing the battery in your car key… It really is all done with a smile… Katie took care of me for a Katie took care of me for a big body shop repair and she was the sweetest of the sweet. They had my car totally detailed for me when I picked it up. Even their lounge reflects respect for customers: good WiFi, a super coffee machine, a nice water machine and good snacks. Don't pass them up!”

“Traded in my leased Legacy to buy an Ascent. Will was great to work with, Laura helped meet our trade-in request, and Filipe was efficient during paperwork.
Unfortunately, the experience declined at the DMV appointment. Our 11:00 a.m. appointment was delayed over an hour because the runner arrived late with NO communication. I called Brian for an update; he said he would review my file and call back, but never did.
The runner said there was a paperwork issue before leaving, yet at the DMV we learned the bill of sale was missing. He had to receive a photo and drive to Staples—in our new car—to print it while we waited.
Despite the window sticker stating a full tank of gas, the car was delivered with only half a tank and 106 miles on the odometer, even though gas stations were nearby.
The sales team was solid, but poor communication and lack of attention to detail during the DMV process took away from the overall experience.
I hope management reviews the DMV and delivery process to prevent this for future customers”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Clay Subaru took AMAZING care of me from start to finish. A very special thanks to my advisor, Mike Brooks, for getting me in a beautiful 2025 Crosstrek under budget and to financing manager, Filipe, for getting me a great rate. Best pricing in the metro Boston area, no gimmicks or pulling the wool over your eyes. I truly felt taken care of!
I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for Clay Subaru, Mike Brooks and everyone else who had a part in taking great care of me!”
