“Great experience from start to finish. Brought out whatever car I wanted to see. Gabriel was awesome. Second car I ever bought from them and will buy again. Worth the trip from RI to buy something from them. Ty UPDATE 2/2/26 After multiple calls and getting the run around my car was finally registered. I had to chase them to do it by the last day. I do feel I was not cared for once the deal was complete. I was very happy after the purchase but then it went south. Their attention to detail drifted once they got their money. Then I needed service….Unfortunately I was told that the M850 is known to make loud high pitched brake sounds which I found to be absurd. I cannot comprehend that this is normal for a $120k sports car. I was also told I would need to pay nearly $500 to remove a door panel and diagnose a loud noise inside the door. Mind you the car is still under factory warranty. Lesson learned…don’t buy a BMW certified car nor buy from Norwood BMW. They are awesome pre sale-during sale- absent afterwards.”

I had been searching for a 540 with specific options and found my car at BMW of Norwood. I called and received immediate feedback and follow up from Lisa who it turns out is AI. I drove almost 3 hours and met with Aleksandr Banar, sales and Leasing Consultant who showed me the car, took me out for a test drive and presented me with an offer. We agreed on trade in and price and everything from there’s was handled long distance, efficiently and professionally by Junior Rodriguez in Finance and Cameron a BMW Genius who met us 90 minutes from the dealership to deliver the car and show us all of the programs and options in the vehicle. Cameron was terrific. The car looked like new on delivery and I could not be more pleased with my experience and can highly recommend.”
