“This the second time purchasing a vehicle there and I have nothing but great things to say! Their services and welcoming never failed me and Moises (salesman) was kind and NOT pushy and he did his thing! I also want to give a shoutout to Evelyn for ending purchasing with ease and harmless(lol). I cannot for forget my main man Ronnie for suggesting that I upgrade my baby to a newer version of what I really NEEDED in my vehicle!. Nearly four (4) years knowing Ronnie he NEVER disappoints. “I visited three different dealerships in total, and the one in Norwalk was by far the best experience. If you want outstanding customer service, ask for Annie, she’s genuinely sweet, honest, and truly cares about her customers. When it came time to sign, everything was transparent with zero hidden fees. Honestly, if I could give six stars, I would. Thank you again, Annie Granchelli ❤️”

“I would give zero if I could. My initial experience with Garavel was positive. However, the last six months have been absolutely abysmal. Currently, my car has been in service for 5 days - no one in service has answered my phone call, returned a call, or provided a single update as to what is happening with it. I was promised a loaner car which also never came to fruition. Over the summer, my car was in service for two months with a similar level of communication — very little. I am posting this review in hopes that someone in service sees it and is willing to communicate with me about the vehicle that I own. It is unreal that a business can get away with this low level of service - it should be reported.”

“This is the second vehicle where leasing from Garavel Jeep. They are all very nice and knowledgeable and Joe Melfi was great. He got us the best deal that was out there. China, the finance manager was super helpful as well. They went over all my options and got me the car I wanted. It was a no pressure no hassle experience. I would highly recommend going there for your next vehicle”
