“No one tried to sell me a bull crap Diamond Platinum plan in case my ride explodes. My experience was quite normal and I really appreciated that. Also I got a minivan and the Dealer (Fran) worked very very hard to help me turn the soccer dad machine into a Tron Disco Jerpney machine. Seriously. I have a Sienna with neon lights and an xbox in it. It’s quite silly. I did get there care plan but they did not try to hustle me with weird manipulative tactics and fear mongering. They described it like it’s apple care and I got what I wanted. It was a normal sales experience at the Toyota dealer! So a nod to Fran who sold me the ride, Lindsay for talking me into choosing the ride and Ally for selling me Toyotacare. So yes, they get tge five star katana award from me.”
