“Service department leaves something to be desired. Showed up on time for an oil change. Was told at least an hour past my scheduled appointment before they can even get it in. Why don’t they call and let you know, we can’t all take 2 and a half hour lunches. 2nd time . Sales was fantastic when I bought it new last year, but service needs to improve big time. Should not take drop ins ahead of scheduled appointments. Sales and service are part of the same experience so I’ll elsewhere when it’s time to trade up.”

Unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the issue of my truck accelerating on its own without me pressing the accelerator pedal. After three separate visits and keeping the vehicle for two weeks consecutively I was eventually told there was nothing more they could do. They didn't elevate the issue, they didn't refer me to anyone else, they simply said goodbye and good luck. I am concerned that this could eventually cause an accident and will seek assistance from another dealership and hope that they will assist me in getting the issue resolved.”
