“If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my car here in 2022. A recall had been issued just one week before my purchase, and Country Hyundai kept my car for two weeks for “maintenance.” I later found out they never actually performed the recall. When my car was stolen the first time, I brought it back and had to point out the recall issue myself. Only then did they supposedly perform the recall and assured me the issue was fixed. I was told the software update would act as a kill switch so the car couldn’t be stolen again. Fast forward, and my car has now been stolen again. Clearly, they never actually fixed the problem. To make matters worse, when I went in today, the service manager was in a meeting with the owner. The owner walked right by me without acknowledging me at all. I was left with a brand-new service manager (only two weeks into the job) who didn’t know anything about the situation. While he was polite, he showed zero sympathy and had no answers. This dealership is careless and untrustworthy. As someone who even used to work here, this entire experience has been beyond disheartening. They do not stand behind their word, they do not prioritize customer safety, and they show no accountability or empathy toward their customers. Avoid Country Hyundai at all costs.”
