“Be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!! My Family bought a car in the beginning of September from this place, the salesperson was Yovani Arellano. Review the sales contract CAREFULLY before you sign and accept any extra charges. They like to charge their customers $949.00 EXTRA for a one-year windshield protection shield (which is just Bull SHIT!!!) and also charge $600.00 EXTRA for a Red Alert system that they don't know how to explain to their buyers. BUT they say they have to add it to the Price of the car if you want to purchase the car. Then they don't provide any proper documentation for the purchase up front. They say they will give you a USB, but forget to hand it to you. When you call them back or email them to ask for those documents, they will give you the run-around. Took 46 days until we were able to get those documents. Even after phone calls and emails requesting them. They will say that one of the salespersons will email it to you or that they themselves will email everything to the DMV. Oh! and if you're going with a pre-approval from a different bank, they will find a way to discredit that offer and come up with their own that has a HIGHER APR%, and if you don't take their offer, they will AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOU $1,500.00. If you want to use your own bank. My Family has never had such a horrible buying experience like this one.”

“Service Department - Beware! I’m from out of town and needed an oil change. I called for pricing and an appointment. I was quoted “about $100”. I asked if they would also look at the tailgate the would open and immediately close. I was soon given a work order for $377 for approval. The Advisor gave all kinds of “ just in case” reasons.
Soon I received a suggested repair list for over $1800 and nothing regarding the tailgate. My receipt states, “Upon inspection found all tires to be @ 0% life. Tires are urgently needed to be replaced ** Safety Concern ** Tires can blow out at any time.” (Please see photo I took in the parking lot.) This would also need an alignment and a steering adjustment for the lane indicator, which this model doesn’t have! And so on…
I declined all their “recommendations” and told them to do nothing but the oil change. Now my total was still $377! I was told that there was tax, and shop fees. What are “shop fees” I asked. You know, shop fees I was told again. As I pursued the question I was told that they were for taking off the old filter and discarding the oil! Isn’t that required for an oil change? Evidently not at Tim Dahle!! I was livid. Sadly I admit that I expressed my frustration.
But in conclusion they waived the fees and I paid $114. Good result, but I’ve learned my lesson!”
