“These guys deserve a 6 Star review! I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Manager Ryan Solt over the years. My recent purchase of a 2021 4Runner is my second from Tim Dahle Nissan from my home in Ft Lauderdale, FL. This time around, my sales person was Max Solt, who has learned a lot from his dad. Max is conscientious, will find the answers to questions, and always has a smile. As it was last time, everything was as described, and the numbers discussed, were the numbers on the contract… no surprises, no conflicts. When you walk into this dealership, you don’t get the ‘ick’ you feel walking into so many others. It is my sincerest hope that Tim Dahle understands what a great team he has.”

“The staff was very friendly and courteous and made sure we were well taken care of. They even threw in some perks also, which was very nice. I have a Nissan vehicle and love it so much I had to go with a Nissan pickup also. Great staff, great vehicles, great dealership, and appreciate all they did for us, couldn't ask to be treated better. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.”

“I had an outstanding experience at Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful thanks to Mitch Butler. Mitch was awesome to work with from start to finish, no pressure, no games, just straight-up honest communication. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
What really stood out was how truthful and transparent Mitch is. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. The whole process was smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable.
If you want someone who’s reliable, knowledgeable, and keeps it real, ask for Mitch. Highly recommend!”

“Salesmen were chill, their appointment system is easy to use, but fees are crazy. I scheduled a test drive for a used car and it was pretty straightforward.
I really liked the car except for the lingering cigarette smell. I told them I wasn’t planning to buy today, but was curious to see numbers and if their partnered truecar quote estimate was accurate.
On a $20k 2023 car, they charge a “worry-free” fee of $2300. I first thought this was some sort of warranty, but it is just added to total cost. This did not include registration, tax, and possibly a separate doc fee.
Reasons I was told for this included adding a fancier brake light bulb, and that they are required to list the car immediately on purchase before they inspect and take care of issues, and needed the fee so that they could make a profit on their labor. I imagine they didn’t do very much servicing based on how very dusty it was under the hood, though who knows. I also did not feel satisfied they would completely remove the smell.
I had to ask a few times if I could use my own financing before I got a straight answer that it would “remove a $1,500 discount”. I know they rely on lender kickbacks, but I don’t feel any of that “discount” is passed on to buyers. To be fair, they do note on their website the price is *only if financed through them.
I’m sure they have some great cars, but listed prices are not actual base prices. I understand upselling, but a flat 12% markup before they try to upsell warranty/servicing feels wrong. I don’t think consumers should support dealerships with misleading business practices.”

“Don't EVER do business with Levi, Mitchell, or Carden. I went to trade in my vehicle possibly for another, however the next day after calling the car sold right before my appointment. That was all good I didn't put a hold on it so I understood, however I asked for my vehicle to be appraised if I were to just sell it to them due to the vehicle I wanted being sold. They appraised it at 29k and told me they would go to auction and look for me. Long story short I called multiple times and they never found a vehicle. When I called to see if my truck would be valued the same multiple times the 2 sales manager and sales associate I was working with said yes. So I set an appointment to sell it one week later. I called throughout the week to confirm, but when I got there they attempted to tell me that there was "miscommunication" and they didn't understand. However my girlfriend and I were both there when I asked for the appraisal and called multiple times. The sales manager, Mitchell I talked to came out and then tried to say he didn't even remember talking to me, but I picked him out by name after we talked on the phone multiple times. They then tried to offer me $26k for my vehicle despite the offer I questioned multiple times and confirmed before I set the appointment and showed up was still good. They will waste your time and then not hold true to their deals. The best part was that later that night I went on true car to get the truck valued and see dealers around who want it and it was appraised at 28,400 by the Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful that same night.”
