“I don’t write reviews, but Zeigler North Riverside Ford earned this one. Across both service and sales, this dealership shows little respect for a customer’s time, intelligence, or experience. My truck has spent weeks here over multiple visits, often sitting untouched, with poor communication and zero accountability. I was charged for repairs that didn’t fix the problem, and when the real issue was finally identified as a warranty repair, no effort was made to make things right. Most recently, despite clear conversations about timing, my truck sat in the lot for days without being touched. When I tried to work around their delay, I was essentially penalized for it. Meanwhile, sales reached out opportunistically but disappeared the moment I asked for a straightforward, no-nonsense valuation. No courtesy calls. No ownership. No customer-first mindset. If you value your time—or expect basic professionalism—I strongly recommend another Ford dealership. I’ve already moved on, and I wish I had sooner.”

“Absolutely terrible service, when I brought my truck in for a repair. I was told it would be ready several times and then it wasn’t. Had my truck for 2 weeks and Amanda was rude and condescending. When I finally got my truck back there were dirty clothes in the back which is disgusting! All my change was stolen! And my storage compartment was broken! I am assuming they didn’t know how to open it and thought there would be money in there. Beware this dealership has thieves working there and will break into things to try to find more things they can steal.”

“Why five stars, cause that is the most one can select. Ninfa, Louie and Kevin have been extremely helpful during my car buying process. I flew in from 9 hours away. Louie and Ninfa came to airport and picked me up. We signed all the paperwork and I was ready to go home! The vehicle had an issue that no one realized. I took it back to the dealership next morning, these guys went out of there way to make it right. Total service beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend that you buy from these guys.”

“Louie was gracious enough to show me a few Broncos that my fiance was interested in. I informed Louie we weren’t set on making any big purchases since we’re in the market for a home, and he was understanding of that which I appreciated. If we were to entertain purchasing, we’d buy in cash — after hearing about the vehicles having an increase in out the door price due to tariffs, it didn’t seem ideal to lease or finance. However, I did see recently that Ford said its inventory would not be impacted by tariffs so that was a bit confusing…maybe it varies by dealer since they’re privately owned? Nevertheless, the customer service was good and I was happy to have been able to check out the Broncos. Thanks again, Louie!”
