“I came to this dealership to take advantage of 0% financing and worked with Derek. When they wouldn’t give me what I wanted for my trade I left. Derek followed up with me afterwards and spoke to me like I was some incompetent woman because I didn’t think it was clear enough that when you take the 0% you lose all rebates and therefore the price listed online is NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE. He tried to mansplain it to me and was incredibly rude. He definitely gives old white man/patriarchy energy. Would never go back.”

“I purchased my Nissan used from a used car lot in Cleveland. It kept having issues, and I kept replacing sensors. I finally had enough and took it to the Nissan of North Olmstead Service Center. Thomas, greeted me, and explained the process. About an hour later, I finally had an answer. I was not ready for the repair cost, but they had a solution! They offered a financing option with terms that made sense! They did not have the part there, but could get it overnighted. 15 minutes later, I was driving away in a loaner vehicle. I didn't have to ask for it, they knew as a single mom with work and school, I needed transportation. 48 hours later, I picked my car up, and it drives like a dream! Thomas was informative, thoughtful, and helped me through the entire process. To say I am happy with the service provided is an understatement. I will continue to use the Service Center here for any future maintenance or repairs.”

“I went there looking for a specific vehicle, 2026 Rogue. Their sales Rep Stephen, the store manager , and the financial Rep, were all so nice and helpful. When my purchase was complete, Stephen sat in the car with me, he assisted in setting up all of the technology between my phone, the car, and the apps needed. He helped with the knobs and dials, and the things that I wanted to turn off so they didn't bug me every time I turn the car on LOL. It really was great experience .”
