Fantastic customer service. From start to finish the team (especially Arpit and AJ) were phenomenal. Arpit took the time to discuss and educate me on all the tech and gadgets of my new ride with me. We had a great time talking with AJ; who took the time to ensure we understood coverage and papers we were signing. You know it’s good service when you’re willing to drive 3.5 hours for future car purchases! Thank you again- for making this an easy process. -Rita and family!

Service is back to excellent again. At my last visit, I was troubled about a disagreement between the Cochran mechanic and my local mechanic about need for brake work. The brakes lasted about a year before my mechanic said it was time to replace them and clarifying that the Cochran mechanic did see something that eventually needed to be addressed.

Traded my 2021 Camry SE for a 2026 Camry SE and salesman Caleb was very informative. The finance people were very helpful and straight to the point and quick getting me in and out with my new car. I would recommend this Toyota dealer to anyone looking for a fair experience.

I took my car in for an oil change and got it back with the engine light on and the car was noticeabley shaking. When I called to ask what was happening they said "I dont know you can bring it back if you want". So I brought it back where they cleared the code and fed me a bullshit excuse for why it did that (Google and every mechanic I know told me they made up that reason). While I was there I heard the service manager talking shit about another customer with an issue, which i have heard her do just about everytime ive gone in for service. Also my husband asked her to have the dealership manager call us since the service manager was pretty clear that she didnt care about the customer service issue, and we have never gotten a call from the dealership manager. So overall mistreated and ignored after really shotty service. How do you mess up an oil change that bad? Edit- just got a call from the actual service manager, so Kim lied about the reason for the problem and about the fact she was the manager. Funny how they call when you leave a bad review but not when you request a call, haha Edit #2- my audi isn't a diesel and all i asked for was an oil change. Should not be difficult for any mediocre mechanic to do properly. Either way my major issue is with your incompetent management staff :)

After talking to one of the sales men and him asking about the auto draft from PSECU he said great bring it in let's get the deal done. I drove about 65 miles from Green County PA. to this dealership after talking to them. They asked specifically about the payment and now they're telling me that they will not accept a auto draft from psecu which is Pennsylvania state employees credit union. To buy a car. I've bought 5 maybe 6 cars through number one Cochran will no longer be part of that of where we buy vehicles. They've wasted my time unbelievably. Lets see if they respond.
