“"I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass for my son from Spitzer in North Canton and had a wonderful experience. I worked with Erik Green who we HIGHLY RECOMMEND was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, never pressuring me into anything. The whole team, from Manager Bobby Lohn, to the Chris in the finance department was friendly and efficient. They offered a fair price and gave us an exceptional trade value. The paperwork process was extremely smooth as well.
I especially appreciated that they spoke not only to me but also directly to my son like he was their own.
Erik was OUTSTANDING, like Johnny on the spot!! He took the time to ensure my son knew exactly how to use EVERY SINGLE feature in his new Jeep and also helped him get his phone connected even though it was -20° outside he did not skip a beat!
While signing all the papers Chris took the time to make sure my son knew what paperwork he would need to keep in his Jeep for roadside assistance, also what he would need to verify that the plates were being transferred, and also helped him get the Spitzer app installed on his phone for all maintenance, awards, ect.
I'd definitely recommend ERIK GREEN to anyone looking for a car!"

“Before getting into the full review, I want to note that the service department was excellent. Aaron and Chris were extremely understanding, professional, and helpful while inspecting my vehicle. They were truly the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience - 5 stars
Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. This dealership sold me a CPO vehicle with major mechanical issues on December 15, through no fault of my own. I spent much of January being sent in circles trying to resolve the situation. My original request was a reasonable buyback with no loss of equity, especially since I had only owned and driven the vehicle for about 2½ weeks, but this was not fairly considered.
Matt was helpful and professional, and I understand the situation was largely outside of his control. However, I was repeatedly told the GM, Chris Jung, would contact me. Instead, I was handed off to Bobby Long, who offered no new information and further delayed resolution. When I finally reached Chris Jung myself, his response was dismissive and amounted to the same $11,000 loss on a vehicle I hadn’t even made a first payment on when I originally came.
That trade offer is well below fair market value, despite my willingness to pay more for a comparable replacement. Due to the lack of accountability and resolution, a complaint has been filed with the Attorney General.
I would not recommend this dealership.”

“Update: I took my Jeep to a certified dealer to see if it had been properly fixed since I received the car back from Spitzer. Nothing was fixed and I was told it still needs a new transmission and there was metal pieces in my transmission fluid. This is after Spitzer had it for 3.5 months and supposedly fixed my car. Chris the general manager did nothing but argue with my husband on the phone and when we showed up in person he left. They could care less about you as a customer. They offered a ford edge to me as a fair trade that had 30,000 more miles on it so still worked in their favor financially. We thankfully drove it to a neighboring dealership where a friend works to look it over. The whole bottom frame of the edge was rusted out and crumbling. I drove it back and handed the keys over and said no thanks you are not ripping me off again. The car maybe has 6 months of life left and this car is currently on their lot for sale for $9,500!! The Edge had also gone thru their service department as well and passed their inspection. It is for sale and ready to rip someone else off on a sale!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!! This place is a complete joke. I am attaching pictures of the bottom of the rusted frame and also the metal floating in my transmission fluid after the transmission was rebuilt supposedly.
BEWARE and buy elsewhere! I wouldnt take a car from this place if it was given to me for free! We bought a used car with very low mileage and was told the car had been thru their service department twice. We paid up front for the full amount of the car and within a day of having it home realized the mileage was blinking which can be a check engine type of deal and the transmission was shifting over rough. I called and they told me to bring it back and they would look into it. My Jeep has been gone for 3.5 MONTHS. I was lied to the whole time by the service manager as to where my car was and what was being done to it. I just got the car back after 14 weeks and the issue is not fixed and somehow 1,800 miles was put on the car while it was being "fixed". No one will return phone calls now and the whole process has been a nightmare. If you want an unreliable car bought from an auction and marked up in price and if you like to be lied to and ripped off then Spitzer is right for you! Complete waste of money and horrible service!”

“My experience at Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton went very well. I worked with Scott Riper to get my first Ford F-150. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and even sent me a video of the exterior and interior of the truck when I asked for more details on it. This says a lot, because other dealerships sent me vague responses trying to just get me to come in instead of providing the information I actually asked for ahead of time. I have a busy schedule, so that was important to me.
Scott worked with my tight schedule to allow me to come in for a test drive. He gave me details on the truck as we drove around.
As one who is both employed and self-employed, I was impressed that they really went to bat for me on the self-employed half, because it's not always easy to get financing when you're self-employed (even though I've had the same steady job for 12 years).
All staff were very helpful. The truck is beautiful and runs great. Scott followed up with a nice handwritten card in the mail. I had a good experience there. Found out my father had also gotten his truck there. So all in all, I recommend! They weren't sleazy or over the top "fake" to get your business. I truly appreciate that. Additionally, Scott made himself available by text for any questions I had.”
