Came in with no appointment and was immediately placed with Kelsey. She was quick, informative and best of all, easy to talk to in between all of the paperwork. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and again, everything was laid out clearly and without pressuring. I would highly suggest using Kelsey the next time you are looking to buy a vehicle. Though everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and courteous!

They are totally unprofessional. I had to call to get someone to help me when I came in at 10am. They were just looking to run my credit. They gave me nothing in writing on my trade and when I asked for information on it they told me $500 on $6k car, no explanation of credit evaluation or loan in writing and I asked for it multiple times. Will never go there again. The sales people thought it was funny and one named Sam Hibbert laughed about it over the phone. Just outright discriminating and rude.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction regarding a persistent heating issue with my 2021 Volkswagen, which was purchased , I have been experiencing a complete lack of heat on the passenger side. Upon contacting your service department to address this, I was informed of a two-month waiting period for an appointment, which I found to be an unacceptably long duration for a fundamental vehicle function, particularly during colder months. My appointment was finally scheduled for January 7th. During this visit, I was advised that the cabin air filter required replacement, a service for which I was charged $235. Regrettably, upon collecting the vehicle, it became immediately apparent that the original issue of no heat on the passenger side remained unresolved. This indicates that the initial diagnosis and subsequent repair did not address the root cause of the problem. Furthermore, when I brought this to the attention of the service advisor, despite his acknowledgment that no heat was indeed emanating from the passenger vents, his demeanor was dismissive. He suggested that a Volkswagen dealership in Springfield, closer to my residence, might be better equipped to assist me. This suggestion, coming from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and expected a resolution, was unprofessional and conveyed a distinct lack of commitment to resolving my concern. I believe it is incumbent upon your dealership to address issues with vehicles purchased from you. While I have since sought a preliminary diagnosis from another Volkswagen service center in Springfield to understand the issue better, my strong preference and expectation are for your dealership to rectify this recurring problem. The overall service experience thus far has been profoundly disappointing and falls far short of acceptable customer service standards. I urge you to promptly investigate this matter and arrange for a thorough and effective repair of my vehicle's heating system. I expect a resolution that fully addresses the problem without further delays or unnecessary charges.

From the moment I called and first spoke with Leila, my experience was fantastic. Buying a car is stressful, but buying one out of state was a whole other story. I was looking for a very specific Audi Q5 and all the dealerships around me said there just weren’t many available. I found one online in Bloomington and called. Leila was so helpful. Sent me pictures and videos and was so easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions and made them whole process easy and smooth. Coming from out of state, they worked with my schedule and held the car a couple extra days so I could fly up. Leila even picked me up from the hotel. If you’re in the market, they were a phenomenal dealership to work with. Very upfront and easy to work with. I’m loving my new Audi!! First new car I have ever owned!

Dan helped me to be the Dad of the year! Thank you for the great customer service. He is very professional and has the vision of the customer needs. I had the best purchase of my life. The deal, the honesty, the patience are some of the traits that I received since the first phone call till I departed the dealership. Also, Kellie was great assisting me with all the futures available. Thanks again and for sure I will recommend and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.
