“My husband and I purchased a truck from Beach Auto Friday/Saturday. I wish I could give this a 5 star review because Antonio and his manager were absolutely amazing working with us and getting us the best deal on the truck we wanted. They went above and beyond and worked extremely hard for us. That being said.... My husband drove the truck home Friday afternoon and we had to come back Saturday to pick up our car and finalize paperwork. Upon coming back to the the dealership on Saturday to pay our down payment and finish signing the paper work they sent one of their employees (not sure of his name, but it was not a salesman) to put gas in the truck for us, it took the employee over 30 minutes to run down the road and put gas in the truck. When he came back and got out of the truck and handed us the keys the truck instantly smelled of weed. My husband accidentally left his wallet in the truck and a little bit of cash (less than $40 in the center console) There were a couple of $5's missing from the cash. He called Antonio yesterday as soon as we found out about the cash missing and Antonio checked with the employee who of course denied it, and stated that he did see money in the cup holder but left it there (the money was never in the cup holder it was in the center console) Antonio offered to make it right personally the next time we were in Norfolk. We appreciated it but declined as we live 2 hours away and never go to the Southside. We just wanted them to be aware of their employee doing this. Today I received a notification from our credit card company about the card being over the limit but they approved a transaction, come to find out the employee also went through his wallet and stole one of the credit cards and spent almost $100 on it between yesterday and today. Thank you again Antonio, you were awesome, but Beach Auto definitely needs to look at the other people they have employed. One thing I cant stand is thief.”
