“Really nice folks. I can tell that they care about their customers. Unfortunately, their pricing is a bit deceptive. They posted an Armada online at a really great price. Once we started the process of working through the numbers, I noticed an extra 10k added. When selling ALL cars, they add a required "Banister Cares" service agreement. This makes what was a great price a fair price. It was a waste of time. I am more than willing to change my review if they can show evidence of more transparent online pricing.”

“This is my vehicle that was purchased the day after Christmas. My salesperson was Darius Rudd. He was a genius when it can to running numbers and getting me in my Christmas/Birthday gift to myself. “I have been going to Banister for the past year to service a used Murano that I bought. Their service department is awesome. When servicing the vehicle didn't make sense anymore. We decided to buy a newer vehicle. We went into Banister and worked with Derek Staley. Derek worked with us patiently and helped us to where we actually bought a brand new 2025 Murano. It's hard to believe in today's day and age that it's better to buy brand new than a 1-year-old car. But Derek showed me that buying new was a much smarter investment. The new Muranos are gorgeous inside and out. The interior of the vehicle has been updated as well as the exterior from last year. It's like sitting in a spaceship. It drives like a dream, it's an absolutely incredible vehicle. Derek and Dalphus we're awesome to work with and were a great help with everything. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend Bannister! All their people are so nice and helpful from service to sales.”
