“First off Selena Nunez was great. The rest of the experience was horrible. First they send me a sales sheet with the final price out the door 35k. told me they wouldn't run my credit until I'd seen the out the door price so after agreeing to the 35k they run my credit then Mike the sales manager calls me and says he got his hand slapped for offering it to me for that price. So then he says I can sale it to you for almost 3k more after they've ran my credit. This was a new 2024 bronco sport. the years is already 2026 it's 2 years old. Kbb shows it's not even worth more then 33k since it's already 2 years old. If you want to waste your time and get lied to shop here, if you like an honest sales approach I'd look elsewhere. Sincerely, the one you couldn't sucker in!!”

My sales representative, Ivy, greeted me at the door and immediately made me feel welcome. She was professional, answered my questions and responded to all of requests. “I expressed my expectations with the salesman upon arrival regarding a new purchase and trade-in and then I wanted a hassle free experience. I scheduled an appointment at 12:30 noon to drive the new Heritage bronco we had a conversation about possible my purchase and trade-in they made me a good deal on both and I was on the road by 2:30 with a new vehicle”

“We purchased this vehicle with an extended warranty. The right-side exterior mirror detached from the mount on its own, with no broken glass, no exterior damage, and no signs of impact. This clearly indicates an internal component or manufacturing defect, not customer misuse. Despite this, the service department refused to treat it as a quality or warranty issue and instead blamed external causes without a proper evaluation. What made the experience worse was the lack of transparency and consistency. Different staff members provided conflicting explanations, which seriously undermined trust. This is not about cost. It is about honesty, accountability, and standing behind the quality of the vehicle, especially when an extended warranty is in place. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my confidence in this service department. I would advise other customers to document everything carefully when dealing with warranty-related concerns here.”
