“I usually wait about a month before I do a review on a purchase to see how the dealer treats a customer when the deal is closed. The purchase process was smooth, however, with extenuating family circumstances, I needed the vehicle delivered. It arrived missing 1 lug nut on each wheel. I ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer and was told I would be reimbursed. Since then, I've been ghosted. The engine air filters were not replaced nor was the in cabin air filter, seems like such a small detail but it shows a great lack of integrity in my opinion. Check your purchase carefully. I was told delivery would be at 3:30 in the afternoon but it ended up being after dark.”
