“I would give 0 stars if I could. I dropped my 2016 Suburban off because it needed a new transmission. He said it would be a few days. Four days later my wife called and he said he would personally look at it the next day. Three days later, it had not been looked at. My wife called again and they said they had no idea when they would look at it. I called and told them it was going to be towed to a mechanic shop (he had it fixed and running in three days for over $1,000 cheaper!) Their response was "ok." They had our vehilce for over a week and never looked at it. Absolute garage business just like their vehicles. They will never get my business again and I make sure to tell everyone I know and meet to stay away as well. Trash.”

No estimates were given and the service manager that we requested to address the problem never reached out. I’m assuming they don’t need business although we are repeat customers. So disappointed.”
