“To begin, I took my Cadillac in to Service for an estimate and was immediately treated in a condescending manner by the service advisor (the invoice I received has the name George Bennet on it but I am not truly certain if this was who assisted me as this may simply be a standard name for that field?). Regardless, his tone remained when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Were this not enough I decided, after paying the $222 fee to have the car assessed, to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion as the estimate seemed steep. As it turns out the estimate from Hill was just over $5000. Ultimately, I had the "same exact" work performed at a local auto repair shop for $2000! Prior to getting the work done I had made the decision not to return to Hill due the treatment I received. The savings further solidified that decision.”
