“AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!! My sales person Matt was the best. I bought my 2026 Escalade V with no problems. In and out in 30 minutes. No BS, no typical car sales non sense. I’m over 1 hour away, but will continue to come to Hill for all my service and sales needs!!! Thank you all again for a great buying experience.”

“To begin, I took my Cadillac in to Service for an estimate and was immediately treated in a condescending manner by the service advisor (the invoice I received has the name George Bennet on it but I am not truly certain if this was who assisted me as this may simply be a standard name for that field?). Regardless, his tone remained when I returned to pick up my vehicle.
Were this not enough I decided, after paying the $222 fee to have the car assessed, to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion as the estimate seemed steep.
As it turns out the estimate from Hill was just over $5000. Ultimately, I had the "same exact" work performed at a local auto repair shop for $2000!
Prior to getting the work done I had made the decision not to return to Hill due the treatment I received. The savings further solidified that decision.”

“Normally buying a car is more like a chore, but this was the best experience ever! Vince was wonderful, he made me feel relaxed and very comfortable. He was able to get us in the perfect vehicle at a great price. Best of all the whole process went quickly and smoothly. I will definitely continue to do business with Hill. “I recently brought my Cadillac XT4 into Hill Cadillac for an inspection that turned into a more complex repair than expected, and I couldn’t be happier with how the team handled it.
From start to finish, the service department was professional, communicative, and genuinely focused on great customer service. George, my service consultant, kept me fully informed throughout the process and made sure everything was explained clearly. Tim, the service manager, also stepped in to make sure things went smoothly and that I was fully taken care of.
They handled everything, inspection, emissions, an oil change, and a major repair, with complete transparency and attention to detail. The whole experience left me feeling like I was in good hands.
