“This place is awesome! Particularly Travis. He worked with me, over the phone ,for two weeks helping me make sure this was the perfect car. As soon as the message was passed to him that someone was interested in the car, he went and personally test drove it, checked out everything to make sure it worked, you name it. When he called me the first time he knew the answers to every question I had about that car. I told him that we would be bringing it back to South Carolina, he got us a great deal on tires there. When we pulled up, my daughter was so satisfied. It met everyone of her requirements for her likes, and her safety concerns. We drove that car across Tennessee and back, then all the way home to SC, with no issues, just as promised. I would send anyone to these people. Very good, honest, people. Thanks again guys, for giving me peace of mind about my babies!”

“Travis the sales person was great and worked with me on the purchase. I’m an hour and a half from the dealership and he was great getting everything ready to go so I could show up and complete the purchase.
I removed a star because I asked a couple of times to make sure the vehicle firmware and radio software was current on the Blazer EV since I knew it has been there since April. It wasn’t updated. Now I’m having to wait until February at my local dealer to get the updates done.”

“Take your business elsewhere. If you do business here do it with anyone but Shane. I made a $50k purchase with these folks and apparently it doesn’t mean anything to them. When I purchased my vehicle I was told I’d have a second key. I waited almost 2 months with almost zero communication from them. No one reached out to me unless I reached out first. Had me drive 2 hours back when they “finally received the key” and they hand me a key that wasn’t even for my car. Made zero attempt to get me a correct key, you’d think they would’ve just made it right considering the money I spent. Sales manager, didn’t give a damn either.
If your goal is to feel insignificant and unimportant when spending more than the average american earns in a year, shop here!”

“I have purchased 3 vehicles from them and all the staff are very friendly and helpful in getting you what you want. Five star service.
After driving the jeep for only 3 days and just over 100 miles, the battery went bad. They told me this was not covered under the extended warranty but considered normal wear and tear and my responsibility. Didn't know a battery could wear out in 3 days!!! After being a customer since 2006 they have lost my business over a $200 battery. Was a fair and reputable dealership when Cleo ran it but I guess whoever is in charge now learned nothing from him. Would advise anyone from setting foot on their lot.”

“This was the easiest car buying experience ever! My salesman, Darrell, was so down to earth and easy going. He did not make me feel pressured or stressed at all. He was very kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. Shane was great to help me with the technology side of things. David was so personable and knowledge. He made the financial part so easy. I left the dealership feeling like I had made new friends haha! I will definitely return here again and will recommend to my friends and family. Amazing experience and I love my new 2025 Buick Envista Sport Touring! I’m glad I made the one hour drive to this dealership! It was well worth it!”
