He was kind, personable, and made sure to keep me in the loop with additional work that needed to be done and how long it would take to be completed. “Chandler Price was absolutely fantastic. He was very laid back and relaxed. Our only problem was the manager told us (after spending 20k on a vehicle) that he wouldn’t budge on a second key that would only cost him $100, because he already gave us too good of a deal. If you’re in need of a vehicle, go see Chandler!”

“I have taken my van to Pearson about 4 or 5 times and every time, it is not ready when they said it would be ready. Every time, they say around 12 or 1 pm and it usually fighting with them to get it done by 5 or 6. And these are not complicated appointments, just an oil change, tire rotation and sometimes the recommended service at recommended milage points. All I think is that even thought I have a scheduled appointment and they give me a reasonable completion time, my vehicle gets side-lined for folks that who chose to wait and now I'm held hostage waiting for the work to be done. I can no longer take this level of uncertainty and can no longer work with this business.”
