“This was the second interaction I have had the pleasure of having with Jose Cespedes at Thruway Nissan. Back in July 2025, I traded in a vehicle and leased a 2025 Nissan Murano from Jose. Throughout the entire process, he was nothing shy of professional, polite, kind, understanding, accommodating, and a great listener. He asked targeted questions to best understand what I was looking for and what I needed in my new vehicle. Jose truly knows what he is doing. He is aggressive when he needs to be, but treated me extremely well during our time together in the dealership. After I took the car home, Jose followed up with me and answered questions I had well afterwards. Fast forward to December, I unfortunately had my dream car totalled by a deer. I knew I would return to Nissan and wanted to interact with Jose again. I sure am glad I did, because just like the first time, he didn't dissapoint. He is a man of his word, and he got me into not only a newer version of my previous vehicle, but worked with me on price points, and ensured I was happy with the vehicle 100%, like I was my first time around. He is personable, honest, and a genuine salesman who makes his customers feel heard and valued. I am BEYOND pleased with Thruway Nissan as a whole, but most specifically, this salesman, Jose Cespedes. Thanks to him, I am in my second Murano in a year, feeling safe and happy!! Furthermore, my dealings with the finance team at Thruway Nissan were smooth, thorough, and quick. She was detail oriented, broke everything down to me, and ensured I understood each page I signed (and there were many LOL). I appreciated her taking the time to do this.”

“At first, there were a few "hiccups" on the dealer's part. I brought them to the attention of Steve, the sales manager. Steve gave me a few options, and then did the amicable and honorable thing to iron out and rectify these issues. I found Vinny, the finance manager to be EXTREMELY knowledgeable (perhaps one of the most in all my years of purchasing cars). He's a super friendly and just a down to earth guy. He is a great asset to Thruway Nissan. Jessica the sales manager did her best to "squeeze me in" and expedite the installation of an aftermarket product. I thank her for that.
