“My experience with Newberg Ford was surprisingly unprofessional while I was shopping for a used F-250. My wife stopped by the dealership first to test drive a truck we were seriously considering. Instead of a normal sales experience, the keys were basically handed to her with a quick “here you go,” and that was it. There was no walkthrough, no effort to answer questions, and no real customer service. The interaction made it feel like we were bothering the staff rather than being welcomed as potential buyers. Before visiting, we had done extensive market research and had been comparing similar trucks at dealerships across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho—including Spokane, Hermiston, and Bend. The truck at Newberg Ford was priced significantly higher than comparable trucks we had found elsewhere. When we tried to have a reasonable conversation about bringing the price closer to market value, the response was essentially “take it or leave it,” with no willingness to work with us. We ended up purchasing an F350 truck from the Ford in Bend instead. It was a year newer, had roughly half the miles, was the same trim level, the same price, and the sales experience was far more professional and customer-focused. The contrast between the two dealerships was night and day. Based on our experience, Newberg Ford seemed uninterested in providing customer service or earning our business.”

I wasn't pressured to buy and Bobby gave my wife and I the keys to test drive multiple vehicles and answered all of our questions while juggling other customers and gave us the space to talk and deliberate amounst our selves. I had a case of buyers remorse, and came back in the next day and they were able to get me in the truck I really wanted, and I can't express how much that ment to my wife and I.
