“I didn't want to believe the claims that they sell bad cars here but I bought a car here and of course now I'm experiencing issues that are costing me over $7,800+ in repairs. They all promised me and assured me that the car I was buy was going to be great, but within a few weeks, it was a different story. Then they have the nerve to tell me that they buy and sell cars, that is their business as if I shouldn't complain about the crappy cars they are dumping off on people. I fought them to get a warranty and thank God I got the warranty because if I didn't I would be stuck with the entire bill. Instead I had to pay 25% of the repairs. Which is still madness for a car I just bought. They also said to me that it's a used car, it's not going to be perfect. Oh but they have the best mechanics working on the cars, repairing them to perfect conditions. And I had to listen to a whole speech on how great the mechanics were and yet here is my car in the shop for 6 weeks for a bad transmission and a few bad parts since the metal was grinding itself away. You can imagine the mess. When I went to get my oil changed after a while... there was no oil in the pan! The bluetooth and touch system in the car does not work, even after they "fixed it". I had to buy new tires, standard, but still a lot in the pile of things I had to pay out of pocket. The car was supposed to be cheap just for a little while until we could get something better but the amount that we had to pay to get it running... we should have gotten a nicer car and paid more at a real dealership. They will smile and promise you into debt and stress. And the bank does not have customer care. If you have an issue, get ready to speak to AI in circles and get zero human help. Yeah stay clear of Brick City Motors.”
