“Dave was great with assisting us through getting our truck serviced and accommodating our needs. Both my wife and I service our Toyota’s here and only here & Dave is always our guy we use. However the service techs disappointed me a bit this time. I am very particular about the care of my vehicles. With the coolant flush I had done, I noticed after I have left that there was coolant all over the front bumper of my truck and everywhere in the engine bay, coolant hose, & hood. I cleaned it up when I got home, but the techs need to be a bit more careful and clean up any messes after the service.”

“Traded in my car yesterday at Newark ToyotaWorld dealer. The salesman Antonio very nice, friendly, helpful 👍🏼 & recommend. One thing that confuses me is the car plate. When I lived in PA, each time I traded in a car, I was able to take my old plate and surrender it to local DMV. However, yesterday the dealership asked me to give the old plate to them and even took the registration. I asked why and they said my registration and plate had to stay with the car. I didn’t know the rule then, so I just handed everything. But after doing some research, it seems like I’d need to take it to my local dmv and surrender it myself. Today, I went back to the dealer to look for my sales associate to inquire about the plate, the SA was not there. I asked his coworker about this matter, and they said it is normal in Delaware. They will take care and return to the DMV. Please help if anyone has the same experience. This is my first time trading a car in DE state. I’m worried because I read the rule, and it seems like I should’ve taken off the plate and surrender it myself - Will post the screenshot in the photos”

“This is by far my best experience buying a brand new car, I went in there to look at a GR Corolla I initially wanted a Premium Plus but there was only a Premium trim available in the color I want, Kamron came by and talked to me and asked me if I would like to take it for a test drive. I couldn’t say no I wasn’t expecting them to let me test drive a sports car. I immediately fell in love with the car after the test drive even though it wasn’t the trim I was looking for but I saved a couple thousand bucks compared to the higher trim that I wanted.
