“I wish i could give Krystina a 10 out of 5 respectfully and honestly. Today i came into Empire Hyundai, New Rochelle location, to get my key fob reprogrammed and things took a turn for the worst. We were given a wrong skeleton from the dealership that the car originally came from. We got hit with a price that we were not expecting on the fly and we started scrambling as far as what we were going to do and with the dealership closing very very soon we thought we were going to be forced to get the car out of there. But Krystina, the God send she is, went above and beyond (and I think that is an understatement as to how she went out her way) to help us out. she gave us comfort , She gave us Security, She gave us clarity and she gave us all the help that we could possibly need and honestly way more and she didn't have to do that. You can tell the way she handles people it is from a genuine place i her heart. This woman deserves a raise to say the VERY LEAST. If you are ever looking for somebody to help you, understand your situation, or work with you in the service department please ask for Krystina by name. You will walk out feeling like you actually were handled by someone who either understands your situation or feels for you from a humanistic standpoint. That cannot be taught, that cannot be brought, that is in you as a person and it definitely should be cherished in that location. Please ask for Krystina. She is a GODSEND.”

“I have been a consumer of Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle Since July 31st 2024. I purchased my very first vehicle at this dealership which was the 2022 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. It was a pre-owned vehicle I bought to build my credit history as a first-time buyer. 1 year has passed and It was time for an upgrade. Empire Hyundai contacted me to speak about refinancing my auto loan to get me a cheaper rate and into brand-new car. Sales rep William Herrera helped me choose a car based on my preferences. In the process of test driving one vehicle he pointed at the 2026 Hyundai Sonata N-Line and said "There goes your car." And I was like "What do you mean that's my car?" His response was, "If you want to go check it we can and I'll show you why I said that is yours." He contacted someone to bring the key to the garage and he immediately started changing the settings to things that I liked from my previous car; such as the ambiance light, the sound, GPS, and the sunroof. The minute I got into that car I fell inlove with it and I completely forgot about the other vehicles that I test drove. I then asked Will, "How did you know I would love this?" He replied, I listened to the things you liked about your previous car and what you are looking for in your new car, I put those two together and the 2026 Sonata N-Line was your match. William was also very patient with me when it comes to picking the right car for me. He spent his entire Saturday with me until I was satisfied. He helped me transfer the items from the previous car to the new car, he switched the insurance from the other vehicle to the new one without a huge increased, he switched the vehicles in the blue link account and more. For 1 year of being a valued consumer I feel like family whenever I go to this dealership. I want to also thank Jaime for getting me the best auto finance loan that he possibly can for this new car.”

“I had an amazing experience at this dealership! They didn’t have the exact exterior or interior color I wanted in stock, but Jennifer and Solomon went above and beyond to make it happen. They took the time to find exactly what I wanted and made sure I got it for a phenomenal price. They were patient, honest, and made the whole process super smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with my new car and can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in to make sure I drove off completely satisfied. Highly recommend asking for Jennifer and Solomon they truly care about their customers!”

“I’m writing to share a deeply frustrating experience I had with the service department. We initially brought our vehicle in for a routine oil change and inspection. During the inspection, we were informed that the transmission had a crack and the brakes needed to be replaced, which we promptly authorized.
During a test drive, a technician unfortunately damaged the car when the hood flipped back and caused damage. I want to acknowledge that the manager was very quick to contact us and took full responsibility for the accident. They arranged to have the body work repaired at their cost, which we appreciated. We were told the repairs would take about two weeks.
Unfortunately, this is where the positive experience ended. The two-week timeline stretched to six weeks while we waited for one part to arrive. Communication during this entire period was extremely poor.
When we were finally called to pick up the car, our relief was short-lived. Upon getting home, we discovered the inspection sticker had not been updated. The report we were given vaguely stated the car failed inspection with no explanation, something no one had bothered to mention. To make matters worse, we opened the hood to find the struts were missing, so the hood would not stay up on its own—another clear oversight.
This forced us to make another trip back to the dealership. The lack of professionalism continued when a staff member asked us where the struts were, as if it were our responsibility. They did eventually replace them and redo the inspection, but they offered no apology or explanation for the continued mistakes. For our trouble—six weeks without a car and multiple frustrating trips—we were offered a future free oil change and car wash.
Given the significant and unexplained delay, the consistent lack of communication, and the repeated mistakes that forced us to make extra trips, I can only advise others to stay away from this dealership.”
