I wanted to give a shout out to Najib (Naj) Ibri at Ken Ganley Kia. I’ve purchased 2 cars through him in the last year & he made both purchases as painless as possible. He went up & beyond my expectations to make sure I got exactly what I wanted & he didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that I came in for both purchases alone. He kept every promise he made & was able to help me negotiate my down payment, trade in & monthly payments to where I was comfortable. So in love with my 2026 Sportage & so grateful for Naj.

Stay away from this dealer and their service department!!! This is how we were treated after buying 7 vehicles at this location between it being Friendly Kia and now Ken Ganley. Roughly a year ago we spent over $65,000 here and this is how they treat their customers! They lost our business over this. I had our 2025 Kia Sportage towed to the dealership for a large coolant leak. After their technician inspected the car the called and told me a stick had entered the grille, bent the a/c condenser and pushed the quick disconnect fitting off the back of the lower radiator outlet. This was something I had to see for myself cause I couldn’t possibly believe that happened, especially with out any other damage being done to the vehicle. In my 35 years of automotive experience I’ve never heard of such a thing. Upon arrival to the dealership they brought me back into shop to show me the car. Yes indeed there was a stick behind the grille tucked under the a/c condenser, yes the lower radiator hose was off the radiator outlet. But Jay technician ( who wasn’t even the technician working on the car) was showing me the damage and what happened. The actual technician just stood there quietly with his arms crossed. Neither one could show me or prove to me the stick behind the grille actually caused the issue. They just stated because the stick was there it was not covered under warranty and would cost me $2,500 to replace the radiator and the lower radiator hose cause the clip was damaged on both items. Now at this point neither the radiator nor the hose were ever taken out of the vehicle and inspected! After lots of arguing back and forth, between myself, Jay the technician, Nick the service manager, and Tim the GM they finally agreed to send the info to the warranty dept for coverage approval. Later that day they came back with an offer of splitting the cost with me 50/50 at the warranty pricing which was still $545. I advised Nick the service manager that i could get the own parts and do the job myself for cheaper and he told me so couldn’t do that without voiding the warranty. Which is in direct violation of the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. By denying my warranty claim with out proof the stick actually caused the damage they directly violated that act a second time. I refused their 50/50 offer, picked my car up with my trailer and took it to Kia of Wesley Chapel for a second opinion. The service advisor Manny I dealt with out there called and asked if anyone other than the technician an Ken Ganley Kia ever worked on our car. I told him no, thee car only has 12,000 miles on it and this is the first issue we’ve ever had with it. His technician Ethan inspected the car and found the the mounting clip on the lower radiator hose was on backward and not installed properly. He was able to reconnect the hose, fill the cooling system with coolant with out any leaks. Manny asked for my approval to perform a further test to make sure there was not any other issues with the connection of the fittings. I approved and Ethan the technician sent me a video going over the car explaining his inspection, what he found and how he fixed it and the pressure test held with out any leaks and the stick that we were concerned about did not cause any damage to the vehicle! Only costing me $200 for the pressure yes and coolant flush which I told Manny I would gladly pay cause they went above and beyond what Nick and his team did! Now Ken Ganley will be facing a law suit and investigation from the Federal Trade Comission for violating the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.

What a great dealership! I was a car salesman for 20 years and I always wanted to know how it was being a customer and going through the process & experience of buying a car. I’m glad it was with Ken Ganley cause they made the whole process easy & smooth. No games (well maybe a little cant blame for trying I would’ve) but really straight to the point no BS and both sides come to an agreement where both sides are satisfied & happy. Peter Jozsa was a class grade A act classic gentleman salesman. Really knew his product knowledge and how to relate to a customer which is very important specially in today’s world dealing with older people and technology as the Sorento was for my mother & she is not big on the new tech in cars. Skye Cheney the F&I Manager was also really great, nice & smooth in handling all the finance & warranties that the car comes with & also that are better for you to get in getting Extended Warranty Coverage as it is always good to have on your vehicle. But really great dealership overall I know I would’ve enjoyed working there back in the days as I had my fair share of crappy dealers that I worked at. Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER! As a matter of fact I’m going to go back and buy a car in a couple of months and I need a car as well. Thank you very much everyone at Ken Ganley!

I came in upside down with my trade, and my salesman Joshua Santos, the sales managers, and finance team never gave up and they stayed consistent, honest, and communicated every single step of the way. There was no bluff when they said they have the best prices. Everything was transparent, and I truly felt supported throughout the process. On top of that, I accidentally left my garage door opener in my trade-in, and they didn’t hesitate for a second, they sent it back to me at no cost. That level of integrity and care says everything about how they do business. I’m beyond happy with my 2026 Kia Sportage EX, and I would absolutely recommend (and Joshua especially) to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I had a great experience at Ken Ganley Kia in New Port Richey, Florida. Our salesperson, Ricardo Pierre, did a fantastic job from start to finish. I definitely asked a lot of questions and gave him a bit of a hard time because I wanted to fully understand exactly how my lease was structured and Ricky Ricardo handled it all with patience, professionalism, and clarity. He was very thorough in explaining every detail, polite throughout the entire process, and worked hard to negotiate terms that made sense for me. In the end, I walked out with the exact car I went in for, feeling confident and informed about my lease. A nice bonus was the inclusion of three oil changes per year, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Ricardo Pierre and Ken Ganley Kia to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional salesperson.
