“Urgent: Safety Issue I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer ST from Jacob Mitsubishi on 10/24/25. The vehicle’s sensors and camera began malfunctioning shortly after purchase, so I brought it to Ferman Ford on 10/29/25 for a diagnostic inspection. Ferman Ford’s technicians discovered physical damage to the front bumper that has pushed a sensor inward, causing warning alerts and camera flashes while driving. This issue was present before purchase, as confirmed by photos taken on their lot the day I bought the vehicle. This is a safety concern that should have been identified during your dealership’s inspection prior to resale. I have the full inspection report from Ferman Ford available for your review, and their service advisor has provided contact information should you need to confirm their findings directly. I had hoped to resolve this through the sales team, but I’ve already reached out three times regarding a separate issue listed on the “We Owe You” form and haven’t received a response in eleven days. Your dealership signed this form, guaranteed repairs before purchase, and these repairs have yet to be scheduled, let alone completed. It’s no surprise that this safety issue is also being ignored. Before writing this review, I reached out to the manager Ray Sousa three days ago, who is described to have a 100% response rate within 24 hours. No response. This dealership has my number on file. I expect a phone call from Jacobs Mitsubishi with an immediate resolution. Not a Google review response prompting me to call them. Already did that several times.”

“They failed to disclose current damage information at time of purchase First vehicle I purchased in my knowledgeable opinion had water damage (flood damage) Returned a couple days later and used van to purchase another van from them. Discovered a few weeks later that it has severe roof damage. Top of roof is 9’ from the ground damage not visible from the ground Any proper inspection of either vehicle would have revealed said damage. Not able to post pictures on this post. Will try other methods. .”

“I found my new Nissan Z at Jacob Mitsubishi online. It was just after operating hours and Marcus called me back to chat. We discussed the transaction I wanted to make along with my trade, and Mark said he could get it done. We worked over the phone and Internet, and sure enough Marcus put me together a deal I could not pass Up. This past Saturday, I went to the dealer and picked up my new car. Everything was done perfectly. Marcus put a new tags on my car.. Showed me a few things that I needed to know, and off I drove in my new Nissan Z. Everything went just the way they said it would. There were no surprises. The financing manager was amazing. I would highly recommend Marcus and this dealership To Everybody. And I love my new car, zoom zoom. Thank you, Marcus for your attention to detail And professionalism. Highly recommend!”

“Brian the man. Had some issues on my end but he did not give up on the deal. He was patient and super easy to work with. Can be bribed with scotch if you want a deal on your car. (still waiting on the link of what he wants). Very happy with my viper purchase”

“Had a great experience at Jacobs Mitsubishi! The atmosphere was laid-back, and the entire team was friendly and helpful—multiple sales associates checked in to make sure we were doing well throughout the process. They even sent us detailed videos of the vehicle before we arrived, which was a nice touch. We worked with Ariann, who was fantastic, along with everyone else we interacted with. There are a few minor repairs that still need to be completed, and the team assured us the parts would be ordered and installed within 30 days. Based on the excellent service we’ve received so far, I’m confident they’ll follow through. I’m looking forward to seeing that same level of professionalism carry through to the after-sale service.”
