“Poor customer services. Gail in services was very rude, dismissive and sarcastic. She refused to assist with my concerns. She flat out told me i need call back and she can’t help me. I asked for a manger she told me that i cant talk to a manger. They had my car on Wednesday, no follow up call. I called Monday and Tuesday the following week and Ms Gail refused to give me any information. Please don't waste your time at this location.”

“First off I would like to say that my experience at Banner Chevrolet was amazing. Very start forward and knowledgeable on everything that was happening with my vehicle. I had some leaks in my engine and I needed a complete reseal. I was in shock because I hadn’t had the vehicle 10 months yet and it started giving me issues. It was either get the reseal done or get another engine which would’ve cost me $12k. Reseal it was. It took a little over a week to complete the job because of the engine having to be taking out but it was completed in a timely manner. I wanna thank everyone that helped and assisted with my vehicle and making sure I was able to get back on the road. I especially wanna thank Mrs. Pam Crawford. She was amazing throughout the whole process and making sure she continued to keep me informed and let me know what was going on. She is an angel. She made me feel like family the whole time. She’s truly truly amazing and a wonderful person. I would recommend anyone who needs service to call her and get your vehicle to Banner Chevrolet for service.
