“Such shoddy work in the service department. I would never go there again.
Not only did they refuse to replace a recalled part from Mazda, they charged me to repair everything else except for the part that turned out to be the problem!!!!
Then when they did finally "repair" the recalled part they "forgot" to clamp the coolant hose back on which caused my daughter to be stranded on I-95 for hours. Now they won't refund me the AAA towing charge let alone all the bills for their "repair" scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! (picure of coolant hose not attached is here - I have videos of the mechanic who opened the hood explain how bad they are too)”
