He made sure all of my questions were answered and helped make the entire purchase smooth and stress-free. Robert, the Business Manager, was equally great. He made the financing and paperwork process quick, clear, and straightforward with no pressure. Even though I traveled over 100 miles to buy the car, the service and professionalism made it completely worth it. I highly recommend Hoffman Audi of New London, and I’d definitely suggest asking for Frank and Robert if you’re looking for a great buying experience.ā€

Tony, the GM, clearly sets the standard for professionalism and customer care, and it shows throughout the dealership. Jason is an excellent salesperson — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy — making the buying process easy and enjoyable. Robert in finance was equally great, explaining everything clearly and keeping the process smooth and stress-free. This level of service is exactly why I came back to Hoffman Audi of New London for my second car purchase with them, and I will always buy here. I cannot recommend them enough!ā€

ā€œI went to Hoffman Audi ā€œjust to talk and look,ā€ you know… see what they had for me. But Sean, Tony, Robert, and Frank teamed up on me like the Audi Avengers — The Four Rings Force of car sales — and suddenly I’m driving off with a whole new car. I don’t even know how it happened. One minute Frank is showing me some cars… like he’s the car whisperer. Next minute I’m signing paperwork like I’m on a live vlog: ā€œCome with me to accidentally buy a car today.ā€ At this point, I’m convinced they’re magicians disguised as salesmen. Because when I said ā€œMonday,ā€ Tony and Sean said, ā€œMonday??? We’ll make it happen today, Sarha.ā€ And apparently, I agreed??? Because next thing I know, I’m holding keys like I won a giveaway I didn’t sign up for. I swear they tag-teamed me with customer service so smooth I didn’t even have time to blink. Paperwork? Done. Questions? Answered. Decisions? Made FOR me before I even knew I made them. I didn’t stand a chance! This is unlike me — even I was shocked at myself. At one point I realized I was smiling, nodding, and signing things like I was under dealership hypnosis. Robert — the paperwork wizard — definitely had something to do with that. Honestly? 10/10 experience. Sean is my favorite (don’t fight me) — zero stress, he made sure everything was set. Tony is the negotiator, the Iron Plan himself: ā€œLet’s make it happen today.ā€ And Robert and Frank? They were in on it too. Dangerous levels of helpful. Honestly unstoppable. I’ll be back for my services — because after this experience, I feel like they adopted me into the Audi family. Like… where will I go? Honestly, they gave me such a great experience and were very welcoming. I really appreciate Hoffman Audi of New England. Thank you again! You’re right — I am an A7 girl. You guys are the best!ā€
