“If i could give this place 0 star i would. Please do NOT buy a car from these people. I just bought a new car am 1000 miles over due for an oil change my car says "20% oil life left". I brought my car in for an oil change at valvoline and they told me my pil is extremely low and my coolant is borderline dry. They did an awful job detailing this vehicle it is still dirty and was left with the previous owners belongings. When I bought the car I was at this dealer for 8 hours. No one attended to me for hours on end to tell me what was going on. The finance guy made me feel like an idiot and tried to scam me on 11% interest when i know i was preapproved from someone else at 6%. The car was 15k miles over what the website said which I was not expecting and they told me they couldn't do anything for me on the price. The car also didnt habe a front license plate holder and its been 3 weeks now and am still waiting for them to send me a new one. They are exteemrly hard to get ahold of every time i try to call them im on hold for hours. I am a female in my 20s and unfortunately went alone to buy this car and I regret it my decision completely. I feel extremely scammed and taken advantage of. Please please whatever you do stay clear of this place.”

“The service department has nice personal working there.I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in the very next day. They did the job in a timely manner but I do question their recommendation for my 30,000 mi checkup to cost me $934.22 That sounds outrageous for a 2022 Toyota Camry that is NOT even broken 😳.”
