“I wish a 4.5 was possible. Bob, in sales was absolutely phenomenal. Unlike most sales sharks who talk over you and TELL you what you need, he listened to what I WANTED as well as what I needed. The economy is trash. I get that. This is a business. I also get that. With that being said, I didn't love the off the rip approach of the business going "we're giving you the best deal". C'mon man, it's 2026. We have immediate access to almost all of the same info you do. We can call you on your bluffs faster than road runner from looney tunes. In the end, I needed a car and Bob did a wonderful job getting me the closest to what I wanted, while staying within my budget. The rest of the team was good as well. I would recommend my friends and family to them AFTER they've done their research/due diligence. As I said, I get it. We're all trying to keep our heads above water. And I understand business. Just dial back on the immediate "this is the best deal you're going to find" crap. We're all in survival mode. Be transparent. It works better. And no Bob, this isn't for you. You were phenomenal.”
