Kevin and Miles at Hines Park Ford went above and beyond to secure an amazing lease vehicle for us, and they now have two new very loyal customers, along with our strong recommendations to friends and family! My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Hines Park Ford in New Hudson. After discovering that we were behind the ball on an upcoming lease turn in (from another dealer), we reached out to the new vehicle sales dept at Hines Park and had a great initial interaction with Chloe. From there, we received a fast response from Kevin H, and it was clear that Chloe had taken excellent notes of our situation and communicated it effectively to Kevin. Kevin’s approach in the subsequent interactions gave us confidence that we were in great (and honest!) hands, and we decided to move forward with switching dealerships. Within 24 hours, we had a vehicle (26 Explorer Platinum) that far exceeded our expectations relative to our budget. For test drive and delivery, we were blown away by the personal touch that Kevin and Miles provided! Due to a recent surgery, I could not come to the dealership with my wife, so Kevin worked with Miles to have him come to our home to facilitate a test drive and then delivery THE SAME DAY! Miles really went above and beyond for us and even saved me from having a bad fall in my driveway! We are thrilled with our new vehicle, and can’t recommend this dealer enough. We have three vehicles and one is a Ford. This gives us some experience of different dealerships and brands. The Ford service experience at Hines Park Ford has worked well for me. We are in the area for pick-up/drop-off so someone picks up the vehicle on the morning it is to be serviced, then returns it later that day (or the next day if parts are needed). So far: Each service has been performed as expected, costs have been as expected or lower (not higher), the pick-up and drop-off experience has included excellent communication, and the service itself has also included phone calls and a detailed bill and the option to easily pay the invoice online. I can’t think of any way these could have improved.

Our old car was in bad shape with very high miles and was in need of a cash infusion! So we were in trouble looking to trade up to something we could depend on for our next daily driver! I had looked for weeks to find something we could get that would be dependable and yet affordable. I had purchased a new truck from Hines Park several years ago, so last week my wife and I walked in and asked for a used car salesman. We were quickly introduced to Shawn Hardy, and I before even sitting down with him, I noticed several awards in a row on his file cabinet. That was reassuring! After a few minutes of filling him in with our needs and learning of his history with Hines Park, he got right down to trying to help us find something affordable and yet dependable! On our second try, he showed us a gem! We both test drove it, and we were both pleasantly surprised when we got back with him as he gave us the details! It was very doable! What a relief! He is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. We felt that he really cared about us, not just another customer! So here we are another very happy Ford owner, and another sale for Shawn and Hines Park Ford!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience at Hines Park Ford I recently purchased a 2024 Transit 350 XLT All-Wheel Drive from Hines Park Ford in Milford, Michigan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. My salesperson was Kevin Huff and my finance person was Tim Galda, and both went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This is the fourth van I’ve had outfitted with a wheelchair lift, so finding the right vehicle and team to work with was really important to me. I had reached out to a few different dealerships earlier in the year, but none of them made me feel at ease. Then, back in February, I spoke with Kevin. He said, “Hey bro, just call me when you’re ready — no pressure.” That simple, genuine approach really stuck with me. Fast forward to late September — I finally reached back out, and sure enough, Kevin had found the perfect van. From the very beginning, both Kevin and Tim were honest, transparent, and caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly — the pricing, discounts, and dealership limitations — and I never once felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how personal and comfortable the entire experience felt. It didn’t feel like a transaction; it felt like working with people who truly cared about helping me find what I needed for myself and my family.
