“Do not go to this dealer or buy Hyundai. They sold me brand new vehicle with Pirelli tires which went back only after 14k miles and they simply said sorry since you didn’t purchase tire protection we cannot help. Poor service at dealer and even Hyundai didn’t care to resolve their fault for picking a bad tire supplier. This is a major known issue with these tires where sidewall becomes weak anmd vehicle starts vibrating and they just shrugged it off because I didn’t buy tire protection. I had to buy all new sets of tires. Why would customers buy add on protection on a brand new vehicle? They should stand by their quality.”

“Formal Complaint regarding Service Advisor "Artur" - Unprofessional Behavior and Upselling I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at Feldman Hyundai during a recent oil change service.
I visited the dealership specifically for an oil change using a Hyundai corporate coupon. However, the service advisor named Artur repeatedly pressured me to add various inspections and services that I did not ask for, clearly attempting to inflate the bill.
When I declined the additional services and insisted on the coupon price, Artur’s attitude became incredibly disrespectful. He spoke to me as if I couldn't understand English simply because it is not my first language. This was not a matter of a "language barrier"; it was a blatant display of rudeness and a lack of respect for a customer. I felt deeply insulted by his condescending tone.
I eventually had to involve a manager just to get the oil change I originally came for. I want to make it clear that my complaint is not about language—it is about Artur’s unprofessional attitude and his predatory tactics to squeeze more money out of customers.
To anyone planning to visit Feldman Hyundai: please be cautious. If you encounter Arthur, be prepared for aggressive upselling and a complete lack of basic courtesy.”

“Not coming back to this dealership. Brought in my daughter's 2021 Santa Fe on January 8th for 2 recall issues, an oil change and tire rotation. Asked that they not replace the air filters...they are charging over $200 to replace the engine and cabin air filters!
Tech broke the engine air filter door during the "free" multipoint inspection. No mention of this in the "free" report but the air filter door came off in my hand when I changed the air filter at home. Customer Service Rep said it looked like an "old" break in the plastic...funny it wasn't mentioned in this latest report or any previous reports from prior service visits? I had to repair this door with duct tape so my daughter could leave for college and was told by the customer service rep. that this was not covered by warranty.
They also "inspected" the cabin air filter, took a picture, then re-installed the dirty filter letting all the debris fall into the blower which was making a loud droning noise when we got the vehicle back. I notified them of this before leaving and they said I would have to bring it back another time to fix this. This new droning noise was also never reported on the "free" inspection report.
I removed the blower motor to clean it and replaced the cabin air filter properly to fix the droning noise when I got home. Had to also do this on my wife's 2023 Santa Fe after bringing it in for service last year...that time Hyundai paid full price for the service as it was an employee lease at the time.
Called 3 times to talk to the service manager, left messages that were never returned. Customer service was a joke and there was an overall lack of attention to detail with no accountability for issues clearly caused by their poor service. You definitely don't get your money's worth...just additional problems to fix on your own.”

“I’ve had a great experience with this dealerships service department! I called several other Hyundai dealerships and it was a 1-2 week wait just to drop the car off minimum. Here, i was able to drop my car off the day of my call and it was fixed within 4 days. My service rep, Art, was quick, efficient, communicative and very respectful! The only pain point was the fact that a loaner was not available and that did create stress and costs for me. My cars issue was covered under warranty and I was in and out of the shop within the week. I have a 22 Hyundai Tucson and I’ve really enjoyed it. I was so happy to get it back and this was my first concern since I got it over a year ago. It was a used car purchase from Szott of new Hudson. Thank you so much for the help and VERY timely service!!”
