“We entered Drive Appeal New Hope with lots of trepidation and anxiety because we just been in a terrible accident two days back, and our car was deemed a total loss. Our lives are already in a desperate situation with unemployment, home loss, and our child’s ongoing medical bills with specialists, and we needed another family vehicle fast, as we didn't have a second car. We were just feeling vulnerable - let's just say that. I went online and sent a “chat” from their website, and Adam texted us immediately. He was not pushy, responsive to our texts, and just a really nice guy. We first met Brian, who greeted us at the door, and he was really lovely too. And Adam had a walk-in customer so that he couldn't see us right away, but we didn't wait long. “This kinda funny. But not really. I got a notice today.i was denied credit in New hope. Never applied for credit. With them. But applied for and approved in Bloomington for a,$15000 car. Yes approved. Had all the terms. But as I say. Never applied with the new hope location. And as I read the notice. Did dealer obtain credit score NO. In black and white.So how do you get denied credit. If you never applied with them. And they never checked your credit score. Bloomington is the same owner. Be very careful dealing with these people.”
