“I just purchased a new RAV4 & Aiden was wonderful! Aiden greeted us right as we walked in & asked if we were looking for someone in particular and we said we weren’t so we went with him. He invited us to sit down and talk about what exactly I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. He found me the exact car I wanted with every feature I preferred even the color! When we pulled back on the lot after the test drive, he went over every button and feature that was on the dash, as well as the steering wheel. This was exceptional, I’ve purchased cars before and no one ever took the time to do that. It was my first time I ever looked at cars in person after looking for months online, I fully did not expect to find something right away but with Aiden’s help I was able to. Matej in the finance department was great as well! I live out of state so purchasing with Aiden made the process super smooth! “Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from my first phone call to pulling it off of the lot. I called in to check availability and Brian Gray picked up my call. Brian is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and acted more like advisor than a pushy stereotypical salesman. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with were professional and friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. I have no doubt that if I called with a question and Brian wasn’t available, whomever I would speak with would address my questions and not just take a message. Very thorough, friendly l, and efficient. The detail department also did a great job preparing the vehicle. For a six year old car, it looks brand new both inside and out. “I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving after I had a few dash lights come on. I asked if they had any availability for Friday or Satudrop-off. Explained that i live 5 hours away in NY and am going back home on Sunday so if they couldnt get me in, that was fine, but id need to call elsewhere. They said they could look at it on friday if i dropped it off. I was staying with family and my dad had scanned my van and provided them with the code at dropoff. My van was dropped off at 8am and they didn't pull it in until around 3:30. They close at 5. Unfortunately they didn't have the parts to fix my van on hand and wouldn't for 2 business days. I paid $180 for my van to waste a day in their lot just to be told it would be safe to drive home. My mechanic at home does not charge a diagnostic fee. $180 down the drain with a day wasted an no fix. I wish they were more transparent over the phone when I made the appointment explaining that I'd need the car back by sunday and if they weren't confident that they had time to diagnose and fix then they should've told me that when I asked.”
