“VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! we agreed on a price and the day of delivery the manager hatim came to us and told us the price went up 25$ a month. Saying it was the bank even though I have great credit score. It’s so sad to be extremely happy to buy a car then this happen plus they showed us the truck and we loved it! “I came in for 4 tires and alignment at 9am and didn't leave until 12pm And the alignment wasn't done right the 1st. I had to come back later that day for the alignment to be checked and redone. The 2nd time the alignment was better and not pulling to the left. Not good I had to bring it back to be fixed when I raised my concern after reviewing my alignment sheet before leaving but was told that is all they can do. But they did better when I had to bring it back the 2nd time on the same day. This is my 1st time using this dealer but not sure if I will use them again.”

“I don't usually write reviews, especially since I was feeling down because my old car broke down and was totaled 🥺. I want to clarify that my English isn't fluent. I called Wednesday morning and they made me feel confident, but later Abdul called me back and spoke my language perfectly. He made me feel even more secure and created a very friendly, pressure-free atmosphere. He was incredibly kind and 100%. The process was perfect 👌 He even helped me transfer my license plates from my old car to the new one. I want to say that when I found out my old car was beyond repair, I was very sad because I had it for so many years, but when I bought my new 2025 Rav4, I was so happy 😄.
