“Okay. It has been a few years since we have purchased a brand new vehicle... 24 years and guess what? Things have changed. We did most of our homework on the internet with emails back and forth and some phone calls. We knew that we wanted a Honda Ridgeline Black edition and actually we were working with several dealerships. We liked this dealership the best. The staff at Preston were spectacular. Our sales person, Jake and also the Sales Manager, Bryan, were great to work with, as was Nick, Finance Manager. They were friendly but not pushy. We felt we got a fair deal and are happy to have our service done there. We went back a few weeks ago to get the mud flaps put on and felt that same friendly vibe.”

He took the time to explain all the features and helped me get the exact trim I wanted without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone this professional and genuine at a dealership. “We purchased a vehicle from Preston on July 19th while living out of state, with plans to move to Pennsylvania two weeks later. Cody at Preston assured us that the out-of-state title transfer would take approximately 30 days and provided a temporary tag for the car. Despite multiple follow-ups, we were repeatedly told the paperwork was "in process" and would arrive soon. As the temporary tag neared expiration, we were informed that the paperwork had been lost. After significant effort, we received a new temporary tag, but the delivery person was discourteous, acting as though we were inconveniencing them. As of October 15th, 88 days later, we’ve had no response from Cody or Preston regarding the status of our permanent tag. This delay has forced us to pay double insurance rates for over two months, as we cannot complete the title transfer to Pennsylvania without the proper documentation. The lack of accountability and poor customer service from Preston is unacceptable. No customer should have to repeatedly chase a dealership for something as basic as a title transfer. It’s clear that once the sale is complete, their concern for the customer diminishes significantly. Think carefully before purchasing from Preston—this experience has been deeply frustrating and unresolved.”

“The sales and finance people at Preston were very straightforward and easy to work with which was a relief from most other dealerships that make doing anything with a car super painful (if you know, you know). Ashton was very helpful in making everything go smoothly and was prepared for us when we arrived at the dealership. Working with Cody and the finance manager was more than favorable and I would recommend them absolutely as the starting point for your next shopping experience. Honda is one of the best brands currently and we would definitely shop with this dealership again over the previous Honda dealerships we have worked with.”

“I am very happy with my new purchase of a Honda Accord Hybrid! Our salesman, Ashton, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was a pleasure to work with through the trade in of my old Honda Accord and purchase of a new one. I love the exterior and interior color ( white with grey leather) and the car rides very smooth and quiet! Ashton was very kind and patient with me in my decision making, even though my husband knew we were going to buy the car as soon as we test drove it! I highly recommend Preston Honda as we have purchased several vehicles from them over the years. Also,I recommend Ashton as a confident and pleasant salesman!”
