“I’m writing this review simply to document my experience so other buyers clearly understand what happened during and after my purchase.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this dealership after purchasing my vehicle was extremely disappointing.
Everything written here reflects my personal experience and the conversations that took place during my purchase.
When I purchased the vehicle there were visible scratches on the paint. I raised this concern before finalizing the purchase and was assured the scratches would be corrected by their body shop. Based on those assurances, I moved forward with the purchase.
After the vehicle returned from the body shop, the employee who brought it back even mentioned the scratches appeared to go through the paint. However, once the paperwork was signed and the purchase was complete, the dealership changed their position.
When I brought it up again, my salesman Charlie told me there was nothing they were going to do and that it was no longer their problem. After the paperwork was already signed, the explanation I was given was, “it’s a used car, what do you expect?”
What made this even more confusing was how the vehicle was classified. The truck had less than 100 miles on it, yet I was told it was considered “used” because the dealership had previously titled or registered it to themselves.
I was told that dealerships sometimes do this to meet manufacturer sales quotas or reporting requirements. The vehicle is reported as sold and then placed back into inventory, allowing it to be sold again later — but now classified as used even though it has extremely low mileage.
Because it was classified as used, I was told I could not receive certain incentives that normally apply to a new vehicle purchase.
This was particularly frustrating since the vehicle had apparently been sitting on their lot since around May of 2025.
When I spoke with the manager, Jeff, he told me they “shouldn’t have even sold me the car” and that it should have been sent to auction instead.
Another issue involved an additional part I was being charged about $850 for. I knew the vehicle was supposed to include it and had to bring it up myself. When I did, the salesman said he didn’t even know the vehicle came with that part and said something along the lines of, “I’ve been selling these cars for 2–3 years and I had no idea about this.” Because he was unaware of it, it left me with the impression that if I hadn’t mentioned it, I likely would not have received it even though I was being charged for it.
I was also required to purchase a ceramic protection package. While it was explained during the purchase, it does not appear to perform as expected. Water does not bead on the paint and there are already scratches in areas such as the door handles and on the truck itself, including one that appears to go through the paint. Considering the vehicle had reportedly been sitting on the lot since May of 2025, I would have appreciated documentation showing when the coating was applied or confirmation it was reapplied before delivery.
The most disappointing part of this experience was how things were handled after the paperwork was signed. Before the sale I was assured the scratches would be addressed. After the sale, the response changed to “it’s a used car, what do you expect?”
I understand vehicles can have minor imperfections, but customers should not be promised repairs before signing paperwork and then told afterwards nothing will be done.
Lastly, I do want to mention that the only person who was helpful and took the time to clearly explain things during the process was Daisha in the finance department, and I appreciated her professionalism.”

“I went in with the usual "im trying to describe the noise" complaint . MATT G the assistant service manager was my service advisor, and he patiently listened and was able to relay it back to me in tech talk. Matt was relatable and after explaining to me the nuances of awd and gave me a reasonable explanation of the issue with my vehicle.
Bottom line i will use price toyota again to provide service for my Toyota.”

“My experience with Mario @ Price Toyota was absolutely the best from a customer service experience. No strong arming and he actually listened to me and heard what I was looking for, Mario knew what he had in inventory on his lot and quickly offered options to allow me to see what vehicle would best meet my needs.
If you are in the market for a new vehicle ask for Mario, he will definitely take good care of you!

“I wanted to share my appreciation for the two amazing representatives who helped me during my recent car purchase. David Correa, my sales consultant, was exceptionally patient, kind, and truly willing to work with me throughout the entire process. Jayson Watterton, the Finance Manager, was just as impressive—realistic, transparent, and incredibly supportive.
What could have been a stressful decision ended up being a wonderful experience because of them both. Thank you for having such great people on your team.”
