“I cannot express how pleased I am with the entire Service Department and especially Will Lyons in the Collision Department. I dropped my truck off while I was on vacation, and they changed the oil and rotated the tires (it was about 37% cheaper than a year and a half ago). I also had some minor damage to my right front fender flare and the outer edge of my bumper. Will quoted me two separate prices and told me that he would reach out to me before he went any further that the buffing repair to see if I was pleased with that - I was pleasantly surprised. The work was done by Friday when I got back from vacation and the work was EXCELLENT! He could have easily told me that it needed the deeper repair and charged me twice as much as the initial repair. I'm certain a local body shop would have raked me over the coals and just cashed in on my mistake of scraping the truck in the first place> I would highly recommend New Carlisle Dodge to anyone for any service work, body work, or just to purchase a new/used vehicle.
