“Such a great experience dealing with this dealership. When we arrived I was hopeless. Just found out transmission was blown on our car. And we carried a lot of debt in that vehicle also. Tioni Martinez was our salesperson. She was so kind and patient with us. She really took her time to find a great deal for us. Not only, she put us in a new beautiful car! The best part about working with T was that she wasn't pushy and just trying to make a sale. She really wanted to see us happy and satisfied. The whole team was amazing!”

“I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. After sending me this letter that states they will pay off my loan to get me into a new vehicle I called and spoke with someone to verify. The person I spoke with (Nicole) assured me that this was a real promotion before I drove down. I then made an appointment and went in, filled out all the paperwork and the manager of the building (Rob) looked at my vehicle and took photos. The car I was there to look at was at one of their sister locations so I had to come back and I was told that they would call me. We then spoke on the phone several times for the next 2 weeks in which I asked numerous times about the trade in value for my vehicle and was continuously brushed off and told that it would be “close to what I owe”. I finally asked the manager straight up what number I would be getting for it, and he told me the best he could do was 10k less than what I owed. They wasted 2 weeks worth of my time with the scam that they sent in the mail. Since then several people have reached out via text asking for information on my car but they never give you an actual answer on anything. There was no need for any of this and I am very put off with this company so be aware when you’re dealing with them, because they will lie and waste your time to try to get business from you.”
