The dealership was awful, but the car was great. When we made an appt to see a vechile, our vechile was driving off the lot in a test drive, leaving us to wait for it to come back. We started the buying process with one salesman, but due to it being a Saturday we had to wait until Monday to finish the paperwork. We actually made the appt with him Friday to finish.Salesman told us he would send us rates Monday. We did not recieve them. When we called, we were informed our sales guy was out, but the business team would help. Friday I verified our appt and was asked to come in at 4. Friday we rearrange things to be there 4 to have the dealership appearing to have no clue we were coming. We did get helped after waiting 20 min. Dalton helped us with finishing the deal. During the meeting, he was very reluctant to accept our denial of extra protections. When I asked to go through the pricing he showed us barely. We couldn't actual look at it. I voiced unsatisfaction with the service so far. Hoping he might be more accommodating, but was told "we have a 4.5 star rating with over 3,000 reviews. We can't please everyone" When I point out their promotion of customer satisfaction being their #1 priority. Dalton reiterated we can't please everyone. He finished out the transaction very rudely, then handed us off to another team member to answer questions on the car. I do not believe it is to hard to inform paying customers about the cost and fees. I truly believe since a different sales person started the sale, no one cared enough to actually help us. So if you can only find your care there, then go, but if you can help it buy elsewhere.

Working with Sam at Russ Darrow Direct was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! She helped me secure financing for my Mazda during the workday over the phone and stayed nearly three hours past her scheduled hours assisting me through the process. She even helped me transfer items from my old car to the new one. Definitely recommend reaching out to Sam when buying a car from Russ Darrow!

From the moment we called for an appointment to the final signing of all the paperwork, this was a 5-Star experience. Austin was a great listener, patient, and kind. Went thru here to trade in my old escape few hiccups with down payments and then miscommunication and the vehicle settled on was sold but they did make it right with something similar newer and a lower interest rate so the payment stayed close to our asking amount. In the end a decent experience. All the employees were very kind that handled our account.
