“Extremely disappointed on price of a simple rear brake pad replacement on my Ford F150.
$500,00 for brake pads, and a $450,00 labor charge. I will not be back there to service or purchase another vehicle.
BYE BYE BYE!”

“Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again OR take my vehicle back for service here.
Purchased a certified used vehicle with 20k miles on it 12/26/23. Before it was sold to us, it had work done to pass inspection. New brakes front and back, and resurfaced rotors instead of new ones front and back.
25 days later, there's terrible grinding, breaks seized up, wheels locked up, and the vehicle is not driveable. It had to be towed back to the dealership. When it's being put on the flatbed, the tow truck driver showed us the damage. The caliber on the vehicle came off, was grinding on the rim, and the bolts that were supposed to hold it on were missing.
The service department's idea of a "repair" was to just replace the missing bolts, put everything back together, and make sure everything was tightened properly on the rest of the tires.
They flat out REFUSED to replace the damaged calibers on the vehicle and even refused to replace our damaged rim. And keep in mind the vehicle was still under the dealership 6 month/6k mile warranty!
The service manager claimed they were not responsible for "cosmetic damage" that was caused to the caliber or rim and that the deep gouges on the parts as a result of the incident won't affect the balance of the vehicle or the way it performs. So they basically put damaged parts back together on the vehicle and said that was our only option from them OR we could take it somewhere else and pay out of pocket.
In addition, we weren't even offered a loaner vehicle during this time (even though we requested it twice) and instead had to take time off work. It's clear this service department will do anything to cut corners and will do the bare minimum to get customers out of their hair. I will never bring the vehicle back here for services or inspection because I can't trust these mechanics to do their job right the first time.”

“Post covid interactions with Cochran have been abysmal since buying my Jeep. Especially customer service on the phone and with the Jeep express lane services. You can get a fresh brewed cup of barely warm coffee, a wait twice as long as you expect(express?) and a bill thats most likely higher than any of its competitors. FIX your equipment stock some amenities and make sure your customer service have the simplest facts of open and closing times. Today will be my last visit.”

“I bought a brand new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Cochran Chrysler, and less than six months later the cruise control stopped working. I took it to the Service Center and they said they were unable to fix it, waiting on some sort of advice from Chrysler on how to do so. Weeks later, my cruise control still does not work, and they still say they can't fix it. I don't know if this is a Cochran problem or a Chrysler problem, either way, I'd do business elsewhere. I didn't spend $50k on a vehicle for basic functionality not to work, and to be told that they "can't" fix it.”

“Well after such a good start maybe i was wrong. I brought my truck in for a scheduled apt at 1pm. An they looked at me like i had 2 heads. After they figured it out. They said no problem. We'll get it done are you going to wait. Yes i am. They wrote out a ticket, gave it a number, said go to the waiting room. At 6pm i looked around and everyone was gone. I don't mean customers in the waiting room. I mean everybody from service went home...by 6:30pm i found someone wondering around and they don't know anything about me. My salesmen was gone, the service guys were gone. When they finally found my truck it wasn't even at the service department. It looks nice and shiny but i had a meeting at 6:30 which i missed. No one expects to stay 5 1/2 hrs, with no one doing anything. They said oops. It was done no one told you, sorry...SORRY? When i got to my meeting a 1/2 hr late i realized that they had not even put on my front license plate holder. Which they said no problem it's just a few screws. It's no problem if you just dont do it. Heck no problem at all. Oops we forgot you were there even though everyone had to walk past me. I'm not sure i made a good choice now.”
